Summer Camp (August 2026)

We’re very excited to announce that we’ll be running a 3-week summer theatre camp at United School International (The Pearl) from Sunday 2nd August - Thursday 20th August. The camp is suitable for children aged 4-12 and children will be split into two groups (ages 4-7 & 8-12). Children will step into imaginative worlds through drama, storytelling and role-play. Each week builds confidence and creativity through play-based activities led by experienced practitioners.

The camp will take place at United School International (The Pearl) and run from 8am-1pm each day. Only weekly bookings are available. The price per week is QR 800 (QR 700 for our current members). We also offer a 10% sibling discount.

Refund Promise: If your child doesn’t wish to continue after the first day, we’ll be happy to offer a full refund for the week.

Topics & Activities:

 Ages 4-7: 

Week 1 (2–6 August): Step Into the Canvas – A magical gallery where paintings come to life, taking children into castles, circuses and underwater worlds. Children explore tableau, facial expression and group storytelling to bring scenes to life.

Week 2 (9–13 August): The Magic Wardrobe – A mysterious wardrobe transforms children into new characters each day, unlocking adventures from detectives to royalty and explorers. Children develop voice skills, using tone and pace, alongside gesture and movement for character work.

Week 3 (16–20 August): The Mansion Of Emotions – A mansion where every room is fuelled by a different emotion has begun to unravel. As Emotional Explorers, children explore each room through role-play, teamwork and creative tasks. 

Ages 8-12: 

Week 1 (2–6 August): Exploring Performance Styles – Did you know theatre shows use different performance styles? Throughout the week, children explore how stories change depending on how they are performed, including immersive theatre where the audience becomes part of the action. Children will develop improvisation & characterisation skills.

Week 2 (9–13 August): Movie Makers – Children step into the world of film as they write scripts, direct scenes, act for camera and explore the basics of filming to create their own short movie. They develop skills in script writing, acting and directing. 

Week 3 (16–20 August): Musical Theatre – Children immerse themselves in the world of musical theatre, exploring how acting, singing and choreography combine to tell a story on stage.
